Hi my name is Candy. And I weigh 197. The lowest I was, was 135 lbs when I was 15 and as i started getting older i gained weight by forgetting to eat, and when i did i ate too much. Since then I had two kids, and well my weight went a little crazy. I stay at home bored all day with the kids, and barely got out. But now I don't want my kids to get bored as to they are starting school and need to get there energy out of their little systems. So I would really want to get to around 120 but first 135, or 140. Then work it down more.
IT IS ON NEXT YEAR.

Hello there mates, My name is Yury. I have a little bit of eating problems, if I'm sad, mad, or bored I tend to eat alot. I acknowledge in the moment that I shouldn't be doing it, but I still do it. I'm only 20 and I have always been the "chubby girl" in my family. In 2009 I use to weight 154 pounds, in around three months I went down to 112. But as I started school again, former classmates would tell me to eat, would offer me food, and tell me that I was "too skinny", that I had health problems what so ever, that would make me listen to them and eat whatever they would offer, many times it was fast foods, and junk foods. By the time I graduated I weighed 137 pounds. I have lost weight but than I go back, and it seems as if I can't get out of the 130's range. I would really like to go back to 112, since I'm little, and my skeletal structure is small, I would feel better about myself being that small. I would like to gain more muscle as well, and tighten up my belly, since I had lost alot of weight very rapidly my tummy area got a bit flappy and it makes me feel very uncomfortable with myself...I hope I can get as much help as I can here, and I am willing to completely put an 10000% effort to get where I want to be. Thanks for the support Sparkpeople! Let's get started! :)
