Hello, I am very new to all of this. I am asking something very different, I am looking to GAIN weight.
I am a mother of 3, I am 5ft, and currently weight 88 lbs ;( Yes odd. I am 20lbs lighter after having 3 children, where normally it is reversed for woman. I am desperatly trying to gain back to at least 105 lbs. Until recently, I had a lot of muscle. Because the household demands much of my time, I no longer have time for dance or athletic activities that I used to particpate in on a regular basis. So that explains some of my weight loss, muscle mass is missing. I also have a very high metabolosim, and have no idea how to slow that down, if at all possible??
I am really hoping for some feed back from anyone whom may be experiencing the same thing, or might know any information at all. Thank you
