Hi! Welcome! I can't imagine a life without Christ in it! I was raised in the Church, and my family roots are all Christian. Some of course have gone other directions, and some are more involved than others... we all have that, but I see it as quite a legacy! I pray that my children will see it that ways some day as well!
I went on a Chrysalis back in 1993, my sister went on her Emmaus Walk the next weekend! I have done just about every position on Emmaus that I can, (can't do Clergy or Music or Board Rep because I don't have the credentials, can't sing and am not on the board). Next weekend (30th through 3rd) I will be the Lay Director for one of the women's walks here. I am getting so excited that I can't sleep at night!!! I can't wait!

We are so glad to have you here. I've enjoyed learning about the different traditions, names for things, and other differences between communities...
I enjoy being Christ's hands and feet! God Bless, Amanda

Welcome to the Emmaus Reunion Team! It sounds like you are very busy. I think there were a lot of Walks this past weekend. My Walk was all the way back in November of 1989 - Table of Elizabeth. I mostly serve behind the scenes. Our church is now participating in Kairos and Torch weekends also. I was at church tonight and there was a lot of cookie baking going on!

My name is Cheryl and I live in O'Fallon, Missouri. I have been a Christian since I was 8 or 9 years old and have always put my Savior, Jesus, in first place, even before my husband (when I was married), my family, my job, etc. I completed my Walk 5 years ago and I have served on two Walks, one in the Agape Chapel and this past weekend as a Table Leader for the table of Anna. I have also served on a Chrysalis team as a speaker. I am part of the Missouri East Board of Directors as the Newsletter Editor. I love Emmaus or one of its many other names and I look forward to hearing from all of you.

Cheryl
