There is a "diet plan" available, but I've never used it. Go to "My Trackers" at the top left of the page and click on My Nutrition. From there you go to Tracker Options where one option is to show the diet plan on your nutrition tracker. If you scroll down that page, you'll find the option to print a shopping list or the meal plan. It seems pretty simple, but it's just not for me.
I have always been able to loose weight reducing carbs but no more...everytime I try that now I have kidney issues...yipppess. Time to follow a healthy weight loss program. I know how, fruits vegetable, grains etc....but where is an actual plan to follow on Spark People site...I mean literally a diet plan..is there one?
