Thanks for the warm welcome!
I am definitely a master, and now a runner. I started running when I was 52, only 6 months ago. I have run three races and placed 3rd for my age in two races. I did not know I could still be competitive.
I am currently training for my first 10K this month. Looking forward to the challenge.
Hello to all master runners. Running makes me feel less of a master! glad to be here.

If you are a runner, it doesn't matter how far or how fast. It doesn't matter if today is your first day or if you've been running for twenty years. There is no test to pass, no license to earn, no membership card to get. You just run." J Bingham
