I'm Katie. I have tried to get into running around 5 times previously but always made an excuse to quit c25k. This time though I sm not. I even signed up and paid fr=or my first race on august 24th in Kingston, pa. I am also going to do the run for the diamonds on thanksgiving which is a 9 mile race! So hopefully i do well. My current goal for the 5k is the 30-40 minute range lthough i want to be under 35 i think! Any tips suggestions especially for how to train for the 9 mile which is up hill the first part.
