HI all, I'm a Spark returnee and am now doing C25K for the second time, looking forward to my second "first" 5K on June 24. I did C25K by Podrunner during the summer of 2009, during my first SparkPeople experience, and finished mostly running with a couple brief walk breaks. Dead last -- although good enough to get second place in my age category : ) -- but I finished, and it was kinda fun. This time, I'm doing a free ZenLabs/BCRF iPod app, C25K Free, and loving being able to run to my own playlist.

Hi Jen. Welcome! I've heard the C25k is really good and I'm supposed to be doing that one, I just haven't officially started! Just do what's comfortable and convenient for you. And good luck to you!!
Hi everyone, I'm Jen. I've decided to do my first 5k when my town has one in June. I've looked at a few training programs and I'm not sure if I want to stick with a formal program or not yet.
