Good luck to all of you with your training. Just remember the reward is worth the work!

I've juat started the couch to 5k program as well. I really like the "Podcast for running" from Robert Ullrey. I still haven't decided if I'm going to sign up for a race just yet. Good luck!

I've just started the Couch to 5k training this past Monday. This is my second day training. I admit it is hard, being my first week. But I'm willing to stick with it. My 5k race is June 28th. So I am about 7 weeks away.
