You can do it I know what you are saying my wife and I love going to things like different types of festival's most outdoors . There is one we enjoy most of all and that is a renaissance festival , it is a big one and I have had to stop and be out of breath . I couldnt enjoy it I was misable and upset . I also enjoy doing things with my niece and get tired out early so I have been doing things before sparkpeople but joining sparkpeople has giving me a major jump start . I still have a long way to go but everytime I lose more weight the future and more I can do in my life that I enjoy and seeing my beautiful niece face happy makes me know I am on the right path . So stay strong and I like to see and think of all the great things that will comeout of all the hard work done .

I've been a member of spark people for a year already and didn't lose a thing because I didn't use it. I read all about the other people who were succeeding and just keep telling myself that can't be me. Then I went on the most relaxing, happy weekend trip I've ever had. I went on a hike and could only make it two of the 17.8 miles. Can we say wake up call? Here I am in the middle of one of the most beautiful places on earth with my best friend and I can't get up the hill. I told myself I'm not doing this again. So next year we have the same trip planned and I'm gonna make that hike all the way to the top and back. I came back to spark people and I'm using the tools they have. 100+ pounds in 1 year... It won't be a picnic but it's worth it. I'm happy to join this team and give and receive the motivation that comes with it!!
