All the best on your journey. One suggestion is to flip around the "I'm my own worst enemy" regarding starting again to looking at it with eyes that shine with "I am learning. Each step I take, I learn something new. I am a good person and the stumbles I take are necessary or I wouldn't learn anything new."
As I tell the kids I work with "mistakes are for learning." So you aren't your own worst enemy, you are your own best friend...and as such, be kind to self, pick up and learn from the stumbles you take. You'll reach your goal in no time, that way. :) :)
Hello to all! I'm new to message boards... I need all the help I can get to stay motivated and stay focused. I have 100+ to lose and I started on 5 days ago (...... again......). I am my own worst enemy.... but I know if I work at this I can be (and have been) successful! This time I want to stay focused, finally reach my goal weight range and get healthy once and for all.
