I guess I can do that. I'm not sure what a PUSH buddy is, but I just started the HCG diet today, so I'm brand spanking new. The first step is to get the drops. I have homeopathic drops that I got from the local health food store. I didn't know what homeopathic meant, and i wish I had gotten the regular HCG drops. You can get them online, but I have no idea how you can tell one reputable seller from another.
My understanding of the HCG diet, you start the first two or three days by taking the drops (I'm not willing to do injections), and eating everything in sight - especially rich and fattening foods. This is to prime you body to burning fat. Then you cut off the fat intake, and supposedly your body keeps burning fat.
All I can tell you is that I'll let you know in a few days how things are going. Or if you want to know sooner, I can do that too.
I can tell you this, the first morning without my creamer in my coffee or anything to eat, and I'm starving. I'm sure my body will detox from sugar for a little while.
Let me know what you decide.

I am looking for a push partner for the HCG diet. I have done research but would love to have the guidance on how to get started. I have done well with other ways of life but was in a car accident and put the weight back on. Thank you for considered me to be your prodigy. I look forward to slimming down. Take care all! Jenn
