Hello, i am new to this site. I deal with chronic pain each day that is debilitating, i am no longer allowed to exercise at all at this point until i can have surgery, only allowed to move around as much as needed to do things i have to. I have buldged discs, L1 L2 L3 L4 L5 and my S1 is so far gone that 2 bones rub and hit everytime i move at all. I also have what my dr thinks is fibromaylgia. I have degenerative disc disease, degenerative facet arthritis, and migraines. I am on so many pain meds that i have no appetite, and am losing 1/2 a lb a day because of it, i joined this site because my dr said if i dont start eating more but still healthy i will get sick and stop losing weight and start gaining. I have about 170 lbs to lose but i dont want to lose it the wrong way and put it right back on. In around april i will be having a weight loss surgery so that i can later on have artificial disc surgery. I am wondering how others deal day to day? I get to where i just want to sit and cry and other days just want to scream, i have depression but its mostly under control.
