I too was using MFP, before my Curves Coach told me that all of the Curves ladies track in SP.
Once I got use to it, SP is easier for me to use than MFP! I do go to MFP occasionally, to find out what the skinny is of a dish in a particular restaurant. SP doesn't have very many to go by.
SP is very educational, and depending on how you want to do it, you can join teams where you're having a medical problem, like me with GERD, Acid Reflux, or you can join them, just to join,. However you do it, it's all GOLD! Knowledge in this case is POWER so take a stand about what is going on the God's Temple and let's get it in DIVINE ORDER!!!

Spark people have lots of information which can be overwhelming, but take the time to explore. Tracking my foods help me stay on track even when I stray and ever eat or eat the wrong foods. Seeing the damage gets me back in the right direction. LOL- Loving Our LORD!
