Hello My name is Tammy and I am from Delaware. I have been obese since my early teen years. I have been struggling with my weight for many years, I am 41 now. I want to be healthy, I want to be pretty. I was even on phentermine for a short amount of time years ago and I lost some weight then, but not enough to make a difference. And I gained it all back and then some. With my weight issues I have some medical issues that can be corrected if I lose weight the doctors say, hypothyroidism, sleep apnea, high triglicerides, and hypertension. Including depression. The reason I get depressed is because of my looks and my weight I have very low self esteem. Since I signed up with spark people late today tomorrow will be my day 1 of trying to lose weight
