Welcome back. Sounds like you have a plan. I have that same problem. The solution at our house is as a family we have been changing our evening snacks to more healthy choices and no snacking an hour before bed.

Hello I'm Peg, starting again to try to loose weight. I know what I need to do I just have to do it! I'm going to start using the food tracker again. Exercise has never been a problem because I love to go to spin class, run, weight lifting classes. I fill my problem is being bored in the evening and eating before bed time, but in the evening I'm tired and do not have the energy to keep moving just want to relax. ANY suggestion
