You've come to the right place to get God's Temple in Divine Order! I suggest you start with tracking your food and exercise. With your food, don't forget to track all the tidbits that the kids give you, insisting that you eat it. Also, don't forget the little taste tests you do, when preparing a meal for the family. It's going to be a challenge at first to track your food and exercise, but it gets a heck of a lot easier, as time goes by! I track in my sleep, which sometimes is weird, but it just keeps me mindful.
SP is a fun place and an educational place to be, so stick you toes in the water, the temperature is FANTASTIC! Splash around, as you get to know the site. After all, you have a life time to learn what's here, and there's no rush.
