I agree DIETS don't work. You have to learn how to eat regular food in the correct amounts. If you limit what u eat and have the amounts measured for you, you will not learn how to eat for the rest of your life.

I'm so delighted that you came and joined our family! This is surely the place to be in order to get yourself healthy, again! Yes, I have tried the cardiac DIEt and it's a good DIEt, the doctors use so they can get their patient to lose a large amount of weight, so they can perform heart surgery. However, it doesn't last, and I'm proof of that. When the DIEt ended, I gained all the weight back and then some. No other DIEt teaches what SP does! Sp teaches you how to eat, what to eat, to exercise, how much and what to do when you exercise. SP has a whole plan in action, and it LASTS!!!! SP modifies your behavior, in all areas, and give you a good foundation to build on and get fit. I would suggest you leave the cardiac DIEt alone and change your lifestyle and with SP and get fit the proper way. You're embarking on a WONDREFUL and FANTASTIC journey, filled with fun, exercise, cooking, and you'll also get a good EDUCATION that will LAST! So come on in and get your feet we, as you discover YOU!!!
