I wasn't a fan of exercising, but when it came to do it or DIE, I did it! It was really hard, and I started out very slow, but each time I did what I could, and all of a sudden, my system changed and started craving exercise, and it felt good, specially the endorphins! Just start out with baby steps and if that's all you can do, just keep doing them, because all of those baby steps add up to a HUGE TOTAL and BIG MILES! If there is anything I can do for you, just HOLLER and I'll do the best I can to give you a hand up!
