I am 5 feet also. Never got much above 200. BUT I have lost and kept off 50 lbs. via Spark people. And it IS my constant coming here for 7 years, has paid off in keeping my weight off. I have not had to buy LARGER clothing in y7ears. That was NOT my norm. So welcome, and ge ready to WUN /111

Welcome. You have made a great start! You and your daughter both with Spark sounds like a really nice arrangement. I haven't figured out exactly how to use these team pages but I hope to follow your progress to help with mine. Nancy

I am 62 years old, 5 feet tall. This is my second time to try Sparks the first I wasn't to into it. I have been on for 2 weeks , I started at 303.4 and I weighed at the Doctor yesterday I am 297.4. I am below 300. Next goal to be below 290. Small goals big ones seem out of reach and I get thinking why try. I have bad knees, back trouble and high blood pressure. So Doctor is on board. I live with my oldest daughter, Tina, who is doing Sparks also. She has lost 12 pounds and is walking 2miles. I am proud of her. I will try to post more later, MarciaLS51
