This is just one of my many homes, here in SP Land! I've been where you are and even worse! When you start losing weight, your BP will go down, and if you're on medication, you should be able to get off of that, also! I have one more BP Pill to stop and I'll be through! I'm being weaned off of the meds, to make sure that will be okay. Girl, I'm okay and I'm champing at the bit to get rid of that one last pill.
I'm delighted you decided to join our team, as there are many other men and women who can give you their testimony, too! If there is anything I can do for you, just HOLLER and I'll do the best I can to give you a hand up!

Hello everyone! I think I was a member of this team once because my husband had high BP. I ended up canceling once his BP was controlled through medication. After a series of recent visits to the Dr., my BP has been elevated and I'd like to talk to others who have the same problem. Last visit was 154/74 (at rest). I know this isn't dangerously high, but am concerned to be out of range for me. I am active, but about 50 lbs. over my ideal weight. I'm looking forward to getting to know you all and gleaning info from your experiences! Hi Team!
