I'm so glad you found us and joined us. This isn't going to be a quick fix, but a slow and steady lifestyle change than will help you keep it off in the long run. So many time in the past I tried fad diets and they either didn't work or I gained the weight plus more back. I realized I had to plan on a life change to me. I have gained some back with a recent stroke but am losing it again and never gained as much as I had lost. There are ups and downs sometimes but I know so much more about life and about myself than I ever did before. You can do it!

Hi, my I'm Cindee. I have been trying to lose weight for a long time. The most I've weighed has been up to309 lbs! I get discouraged and stress eat, or just become content with my weight and convince myself that that's how I should feel and look. I have a classic rock band with my sisters and I am the vocalist, so losing weight has haunted me for years. the least I've weighed is 282 lbs and with the help of this site I have started this challenge ones more.
