I went to a doctor on Friday, not my primary care physician. They have told me that my blood pressure is seriously high and that I need to make an appointment with my physician. I would like to try to do things to bring it down before scheduling this appointment. My preference is to not have to take medicine, but I understand that I may have to. I started exercising about two weeks ago. I am looking for meals that I can cook for me that are flavorful and not loaded with sodium. I have a small blood pressure machine that I am using to keep track of it. Thank you!
