we need to have a doctor that will listen to us. When I started losing weight, my doctor, keep asking if I was working a losing weight. I told her yes and how I was doing it my using Sparks. She sounded interested, but at the next visit with 30 days she asked me the same question. That's when I figured it was time to change primary care doctors. I have an apt with the new one next week. We will see!

I joined this team last year but have not been active here so here I go again. I was not checking in because I was feeling guilty , not seeing my doctor and not taking my pills. I got a doctor who I just can not get in scyn w/. When I go to him ,he tell me what to do before my next appt and then at my appt we do not cover what we planed and when I point it out to him he just says "Well this is what we are going to do NOW" I do not feel he is working WITH me and I can not get w/ that. I have an appt to see a new doctor next week. Wish me luck.( I do take my BP x2 a week and it is on the ave. 160/90 which I know is TOO high)
