Hi my name is Mary and I have been on a better eating plan since jan. one month 28 days actually. I started at 232 pounds and today I weighed in at 220. I need to lose 97 ponds to be at the top weight for my height. after 2 months of eating better, mainly stopping almost all sugar. I have started to feel much better and I move a lot easier than in the past without losing my breath. hoping to keep improving on this and feeling even better.. I was told by my wellness person to track my calories so I am getting enough each day. this is how I found this sight. I like calculating the dailey plan.
