Hi my name is pekaana. Im new to this. I have 30 pounds to loose. Im so ready to shed this weight. I could use littile motivation. Esp in excerise. Im lil lazy!! Lol love to walk. Got walk away pounds dvd and gilad quick fit system. Goalnis to do excerise 3 to 4 days a week at least 30 min. This is a neat websight. I just stumbled upon it. So here I go. Im on day 2.
