Hey how are we all tonight? I'm spencer 24 and a long haul driver. I have a goal of getting down to 150-160ish. Currently I'm starting at 194. I'm shooting for 1-3lb a week. Any support given will be appreciated. Out here on the highway there isn't much support for a driver so any is greatly apreciated
