to one of my many homes, here in SparkPeople Land! I'm looking at your schedule, and you're running 90 to nothing, which is what I did back in the day! I didn't have a choice in the matter, and my body suffered greatly, and has never fully recovered, and I just found out 2 weeks ago, that it never will. But hey, it's all in Divine Order, and I'm having a BLAST being more fit than I've been since I was in the military!
When do you get time for yourself and what do you do with that time? Since you've joined SP, I pray that you'll be able to have the time to devote to getting around in this treasure trove of information. This site is priceless and if it had not been for my Curves Trainer, I never would have known that it existed!
Check out the workout videos, as there are so many and every kind imaginable. Quite a bit of the exercise videos are any where form 6 to 10 minutes long, as SP's take on this is, "Who can't take 10 minutes out of their day to exercise?" I know that when I came to SP, I couldn't even make it half way through a 9 minute video. However, by His Divine Grace, I'm running rings around that lady now!
If there is anything that I'm able to help you with, just HOLLER and I'll do the best I can to give you a hand up!

Good Sunday Morning!! My name is Crystal (Cryssy), I am a wife, mother, nanny, and caretaker of my husband who is disabled, and my father-in-law who is disabled and has first stage alzhiemers. I do all the scheduling of any appointment that people in our home have to go to. I do the cooking, cleaning, and shopping. I make sure that med boxes are filled, meds are taken, sugars are checked, etc... I am also household vet and i nanny on the weekends. I also try to make sure that my mother-in-law gets enough sleep and is feeling well. As she is the one whom works out of the home. THank you for inviting me to this group. Have a wonderful Sunday.
