to one of my many homes, here in SparkPeople Land! The first thing I suggest you do, is track your food and exercise. That will give you a true picture of what you're eating and how your exercising is affecting your caloric intake.
Take a gander at the videos on file, as there are so may of them to choose from, including all kinds of exercising videos. If you need to start from a chair, it's there. If you need more of a challenge, it's there. Even if you just want to stretch, it's there.
Now, don't forget the cooking videos and the recipes. That's another bonus SP offers! And, last but not least, check out the library that they have on anything and everything imaginable! It's a neat package with all the support in the world given to you, and it's FREE!
