I've just about given up trying to change my eating habits. I'm about 50 pounds overweight, and to me this sounds like a daunting challenge, trying to lose it. I'm 62 years old, still working, but I keep putting the weight on! I used to be very active, but for the past couple of years, I haven't done much in the way of exercise. I'm unhappy with my appearance, but now I also have high blood pressure and high cholesterol.I really want to make this work! Guess I just lack confidence.
