Welcome. For breakfast I would suggest oatmeal, or an egg made into an omelette with a lot of cut up veggies, onions, peppers, etc. For lunch we always have a little brown rice or a small potato with a little cottage cheese on it. We also have a small green salad, broccoli (steamed) and then either a little chicken, turkey or a bean dish. Lots of recipes on the site here. We usually have soup for supper. Hamburger soup, lentil soup, chicken soup. Again lots of recipes on this site. For snacks we have fresh fruit, apples, oranges, a bunch of grapes and we have jello with yogurt on top. My favorite bean dish is boston beans or roasted kidney beans.

Hi I am kind of new or actually new at making contacts to meet someone. I am trying to stick with the vegan lifestyle but I keep running out of ideas, can some one help me with ideas and recipes for lunch, super and breakfast?
