Go for it. Getting your Blood pressure under control is very important to your healthy life style. To lower mine I eliminated salt and sodium products as much as I can, You have to track your sodium, in your tracker. Drinking plenty of fluid water is best , fluids flush out the sodium. I love to walk and when I have stopped walking outside in the winter my BP rises. Walking and doing some strength with inexpensive resistance bands gave me more strength. I am 70 years old and I love my healthy Spark lifestyle.

I would like to introduce myself. I am a 39 year old mother of five children. My oldest daughter is married and going to have my grandbaby in May of this year. I am tring to get to my goal weight of 135 lbs. I decided to sign up for spark people because I needed some motivation and I like how the site is set up. What made me decided to lose weight is that last year I was put in the hospital because my blood pressure was high and I also found out I have a thyroid problem for it is hard for me to lose weight but I know I can do this. I want to be health not only for myself but my family as well.
