It's great to be a role model for healthy eating and weight lost. You don't have to say "we are all on a diet" diet's don't work. Start lunch and dinner with a low cal soup, put a glass/bottle of water for each and start looking at Sparks recipes. They are very good and don't look like low cal food. Scales are not necessary, as you lose the clothes don't fit, HA they are too big!!! Have fun, lose weight and feel better,

I am not only overweight but also suffer from depression. I have a condition known as hyperhidrosis (excessive hand and feet sweating), of course people think you are just fat and sweaty. I always thought because of the fat, depression and hyperhidrosis I wasn't good enough. Food has been my only friend and comfort when I need it. I stopped caring about myself, but now my family also has weight issues. My two kids and I can't go on like have. I need a lot of help. I have lost 2.5lbs. My heaviest weight has been 265.
