I am working on getting my blood pressure back down. I just went to the doctor this week and it was high (145/94) so I'm determined to lose weight...again. I lost 23 lbs and my blood pressure was GREAT! Unfortunately I gained it back & my blood pressure is back up (go figure!). Sooo I signed myself up to do a marathon in June (it will be my 2nd one). Being signed up for a race motivates me to work out and eat healthy. I've been tracking my food for the past 4 days and have ran the past 3 days. My goal is to get within healthy weight range 135-145 lbs (I'm 174 lbs right now, 5'4"). I want to live a long life and now is the time to eat right and lose weight!
