I do not go by the guides that tell me what I should weight for my height. I want to weight what I feel best for me. I am only 5 ft tall, but at 75 yrs I know that I would not feel or look good at 100 pounds. You know what's best for you, and that's what counts.
Lord, bless my diet buddies and help me met my 2016 weight goals of 50 pounds.

Hi! my name is Nancy. I live in Sunny California. I am a guitar teacher and also perform professionally. I have normally been a very active person, but my schedule has been so crazy the past couple of years that I have put on some unwanted pounds that have been difficult to shed. My goal on being here today, is to be accountable to others, to keep to my goals, and to shed these last few pounds. Sometimes people don't take me seriously when I tell them I need to lose weight, but each of us knows our body, and what "weight" is truly healthy for us I am 5'8" and 140 lbs. -- I would like to reach 128 / 130. I have hypertension when my weight goes over 130 -- just the way my body works. That is the main motivating factor for the goal.
