I have dieted many times only to go back to the way I used to eat and gained it all back plus some. My name is Norma and I am 64 years old. I would love to get back to the 150 lbs that I weighed 35 years ago when I married my husband. I know that this needs to be a lifestyle change in the way I eat but it seems almost impossible to do. Any ideas?
