Greetings Everyone, I took two classes purposely while in school, A Fit and Well Class and a Weight Training 1 class. I belonged to a gym and was needed to get in water and stretch for some chonic pain issues, I got in a bit of a funk when it started to get cold. I thought for sure I had loss some weight as I was doing a good hour and a half of lite aerobic exercise in the pool. Also I had corrected a few eating habits. However after being out of the gym for 2 months it all came back due to carb intake.
So when it was time to register for classes I knew Without any doub I needed to get back in the gym. I signed up for two 45 min classes in which I will be in the gym 4 days a week with others, and my instructors. My motivation is having others around and having acess to a large new YMCA that is connected with my college.
So I am making it happen or I am looking at a bleaker life span. I hope We all can encourge each other, I do believe exercise and eating mindfully makes our whole being happy. Emotional, physical and even spiritually.
