to the team. It is very important to take your medicine EVERY day to keep the blood pressure under control. That's how the Dr. can see if the dosage needs to be changed or if another med. has to be added. I am on two kinds of meds. One I take twice a day and the other once a day. Please be sure and take it as prescribed. Missing days is dangerous to your health.I am advising you of this because i care. Elayne

Hi, my name is Rhonda. I am married and have two daughters. I never had high blood pressure till I started working at my current job 5 years ago. I hate it, cause no matter how I eat, etc. my blood pressure is like a roller coaster. I go days sometimes without taking my medicine, but when I do that, I get headaches, etc. I am looking forward to getting to know all of you and embarking on this wonderful journey of weight loss and becoming more healthy.
