go to START and follow the instructions on new members. That is a great starting point. There is a lot of information, some I use a lot, some I use sometimes and some does not apply to me. There is a chair exercise group that I use, It helps get you started without hurting yourself. Have you seen your doctor? Everyone should before starting any exercise. Glad you are joining us.

hi im new here and very excited but dnt know where to start.i need some excise tips for bad knees and being very out of shape and over weight.i really would love to try yoga but everyone sez no cause my knees.please tell thts not true
