In order to avoid getting on the computer off and on all the time I keep a notebook. Then I do it in one or two sessions. It is still a lot but everyone is so inspiring, I could just ignore others and do only my own stuff but right now I do have a bit of time.
"The world is one country and mankind its citizens" one of the many truths spoken by Baha'u'llah and "Love is the light that guideth in darkness, the living link that uniteth God with man, that assureth the progress of every illumined soul."
Hello everyone. Happy Saturday. Today's a happy day as it's my brother's 55th b-day. He lives in NE Pa and he said it's bone chilling cold there today. Can't get enough layers on. They were on their way to my sister-in-law's sister's house for a roast beef dinner and cherry pie for Doug as it's his favorite. He's 10 years younger than me.

Love it, I also have made every excuse that I could find not to work at this. It does take work, but so well worth it. I am 58 pounds light than I was last year at this time and have a long term goal of 60 pound lost for 2014. I want a healthy and happy lifestyle and I will do what it take to make it happen.
Lord, bless my diet buddies and help me met my 2015 weight goals of 50 pounds. Leader "Gluten Free" and Co-Leader "Keep it Simple"

Welcome to the team. A new account...a new start. For the computer bit of it...this is what I do: I keep a written journal of the things I track. I try to get to the computer to enter the data everyday, but if I don't, I can use my written journal to enter multiple days on SparkPeople. Again !
Morning everyone. I am not really new to sparks but I did not think it was far to start with all the points and trophy I already had when I did this in the past. So I close my past account which was majormom7 and open this account. The thing I find hardest about sparks is having to get on the computer every time I do something. I am still trying to figure how I am going to avoid that this time. The things I like most about sparks is I here from other people going through the same things I am going though and that I have an easy place to keep track of my blood sugars. My hope is that I can stay with this and to make some friends.
