Start out with baby steps, and work your way up. I really do mean baby steps, as when I first came to SP, I wasn't even able to complete a 9 minute chair exercise. It took me about 2 months to get that accomplished, but now, by HIS GRACE, I'm doing so much more, and I'm loving it! Don't forget to track EVERYTHING! That means your exercise and your food. When you track your food, be mindful of hidden salt, caffeine, and sugar! These are just the beginning of the list of culprits to be aware of. I'm really looking forward to meeting you and getting to know you!
