Hello everyone one. I was a spark member in 2004 and now I am back in 2013. I have learned some important lessons about weight loss.
1. There is no quick fix. It takes patience, committment and perserverance to achieve ones goals.
2. I must be in it for the long haul, It did not take just 7 days to put the weight on and it will not take seven days to loose if I want lasting results.
3. I don't use the word diet, I am pursuing pernament life style changes that will extend to other areas of my life.
