to SP!!! I know it's not an easy thing, to get started ANYWHERE with a lifestyle change, but I'm hear to tell you, the more you work at it, the easier it becomes. It may be so overwhelming, but just take baby steps. Drink your water, and if you can only get 4 glasses a day, just put a smidgen more water in the glass each day, or even each week, depending on how God, and you have worked out. Likewise, with your exercising. When you do exercise, don't forget to count everything that you do, as even a small amount of exercise, can be very beneficial.
So, now kick your shoes off and dig your toes into the sand and just balance yourself, and stand stead fast. I you should need any help, just HOLLER and somebody will be here to give you a hand up!!

Sparks is not a diet, that you go on and off of. We do a lifestyle change, so you don't have to lose the same pound over and over again. It works, not overnight, but I am 58 pounds light than I was last year. I will be a goal, next year this time. I have gone from a 3X to a 1X and looking forward to those 18's.

Hate being overweight. Hate the way I look and feel and the way people treat overweight people. Have to change my eating habits and take off this added weight. It is affecting my mentally and physically. Always feel really good when I take off the weight and then gain it back and feel really bad about myself. Needs to be change of life style . I know that but easier said than done. Always starting on Monday but Monday has not come I have gained so much weight it has to stop now Do not want to go out or do anything because of being overweight Affects my self esteem. I know what to eat to eat healthy and how much but just don't do it. I know I have to exercise and I don't do that either. Have to turn that all around and need to be positive instead of negative. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
