I fine it very important and helpful to weigh all my food according to the portions that are set and track all I eat. For me I count points as i am in WW. and have reached my goal and have maintained for over 6.5 yrs. I could not have done it without Spark's support along with my WW plan. You can lose with Spark's plan too. I no linger go to WW mtgs. but the plan works " IF I WORK IT". No, I am not shouting, I'm just making an important point.Eat your fruits and veggies and drink your water. 6 to 8, eight ounce glasses a day. I tend to sip all day and that works for me. I drink about 64 ounces a day, especially in the summer here in Fl. I add Crystal light to enhance the favor. I have to have ice in my glass too. But everyone is different and, that's the beauty of Spark. We all can learn form one another. Good luck and ask for help when you need it. That's what we're here for. Ask before you over eat. We can't help after!

If you WORK the PLAN the PLAN will WORK!!! I'm living proof!!! I started at 388 and when I weighed in at Curves, yesterday, I weighed 168. Now that's a MIRACLE from GOD and all I can say is THANK YOU!!!

Yes it works, I have gone from 172 lbs to 144 lbs. I track food exercise and love the support.

Hi! Once again working on the weight issue. I have tried so many things, but have not yet been successful at reaching and maintaining my goals. My entire family is heavy, so it definitely runs in the family. But, I am determined to overcome that trend. Help and encouragement welcomed!
