My friend, when I first came to SP, I was very OVERWHELMED!!! I had no idea what I was doing. I just did one thing a day, and gradually added a bit on to it each day, as I understood what I was already doing. I'm still learning and still doing baby steps! When I was introduced to the exercise videos, I chose a 9 minute chair exercise, and I wasn't even able to make it through that. It took me almost a month before I was able to do that. I just kept adding a little bit more, as I felt I was able to, with the video, and the rest is history!!! Please, just calm yourself, and just do ONE thing, and when you get the hang of that, just add a bit more. There is no hurry, as this is a lifestyle change, and not a race!!! Take it as slow as you need too, and if I'm able to help you, I will. All you have to do is just HOLLER at me!
