We're all in our own lifestyle change journey. We know that this is what we have to do, for the rest of our lives, to stay healthier and live longer. Go ahead and start tracking your food and exercises. I know it may seem strange at first, as when I started tracking, I was horrified as to what I was really putting in my body!!! !!! It's such a FANTASTIC site, with all kinds of information for you, just for the picking of peoples brains, or you just exploring. When you do start tracking, don't forget those little nibbles that your children give you, and the ones you do, when testing the meal you're preparing. Don't forget to track your drinks, too. There is hidden danger, in what you drink. Be careful of the hidden sodium and calories. I believe that you'll stick to your lifestyle change, this time. Don't forget, if you need anything, just HOLLER and somebody will be there to give you a hand up!
