Hello, my name is Joy, I was on spark people several years ago but lost my internet service. I have COPD and it is hard for me to exercise now. However I do go to the fitness center near by. I practice Qi gong twice a week and I do the water aerobics as often as the weather permits. I walk 6000 plus steps 6 days a week. I have gained 43 pounds over the past 18 months due to over indulgence and lack of exercise. Time to get back on track and lose this 43 pounds

You can actually be slimmer and NOT LOSE WEIGHT, it happens to me an d many of us so DO NOT only measure by that scale. When your pants or skirts are looser, they are not always stretching. You will most likely find that will happen to you too. Go for your healthy .lifestyle. Pat in Maine.
