I suggest that you start with TRACKING YOUR FOOD AND EXERCISE. Track everything that you put into your mouth, which also includes those times, when you're tasting your food, to make sure it' up to your standards! Don't forget the beverages! Be mindful of hidden caffeine and sugar. Check out the exercise videos, and the abundance of educational information that SP has. I know you won't forget to weigh and measure and tell us all of your successes.
