If you are ready for a healthy lifestyle this was what I did in my moment of desperation.
I was diagnosed with Diabetes, High blood Pressure and Cholesterol.
I had no access to a computer so looked in the book store. I found the Spark book and wanted to join. Our son gave me his old desk top. Thatwas when I started to Spark.
I have lost 50 pounds, I am off medication for blood pressure, high Cholesterol and diabetes. All controlled with good food and exercise.
The right foods in moderation and as much walking or exercise you can fit in your day.
I walk a lot, I measure the food I eat and I TRACK IT.
It was not easy but I was determined, small steps, never gave up and had great support here.
