AT least your self esteem is just in the toilet, I had NONE, ZERO, ZIP, NADA!!! I wasn't a pretty picture and if you look at my sparkpage you'll see what I mean. Get in the toilet, before it flushes what you had down the tubes! Start with baby steps, and you can do this. We're all here to help you.
I'm sorry for the turn your life has taken, but sometimes we go through hard times, which really gets us to take a hard look at ourselves. You've done that, so let's start by TRACKING EVERYTHING!!! You'll get a clear picture of what you're really eating, but doing that. That means every morsel, that has gone into your mouth, which includes the taste tests that we sometimes do. Don't forget your beverages, and watch out for hidden caffeine and sugar! Once you get started you'll notice a small change and then as you pick up momentum, you'll wonder where it all came from. LET'S GO AND GET STARTED!!! I would love to read some of your success stories!!! If you need help, HOLLER and somebody will be here to give you a hand up!!!

to the team. I love your motivation... and will do it together. You are not alone. Remember, you are WORTH it. Love yourself enough to do this for YOURSELF and yourself only. I'm sorry this has happened to you but it's his loss. It is nothing you did or didn't do that caused your husband to cheat on you. Sometimes life happens that way but i know you will come out on top. Be sure and get some counseling if you need it to help you go through the rough parts along the way.But remember, we are here for you and for one another.

It is hard to start the process when you feel so bad about yourself. Just remember, you are doing this for yourself and your daughter. Start slowly, do one tiny thing at a time. You only need to do some form of exercise for 10 minutes every day to start, drink one more glass of water, eat one more fruit and vegetable. Soon you will feel better and look like a knockout!

I've had a rough year so far with my husband having an affair, asking for a divorce, and my daughter's mental health problems. I have gained a lot of weight and have zero motivation to exercise or eat better. My self esteem is in the toilet, and it's time for me to stop feeling sorry for myself, stop using food for emotional comfort, get off my ass and start working out.
