to one of my many homes, here in Sparkpeople Land!!! I suggest the first place you start, is your tracking. Track all your exercises, your beverages, and your food, even the little taste tests and going into the fridge of one last pinch of something, before you go to bed. This will give you a true and accurate picture of what you're eating. Get into a tutorial from the start page, on how the new page works, and what you can do. You can type in the search block, at the top of the page, what you're looking for, and it will bring up any information that you would need, to get your task done. Don't forget the exercise videos! Most of the videos are between 6 and 12 minutes, as Sparkpeople says, "Who doesn't have 10 minutes to exercise, each day!" If you should have any problem and need help, just get on one of the message boards, and ask for help, as EVERYBODY is ready and willing to help each person meet their goal!
